When a group of international students and researchers came together to create MiYork Education, they brought something the Vietnamese study abroad market had never seen: authentic experience combined with genuine passion for community building.

Background

MiYork Education emerged as a forward-thinking abroad education community brand with a mission to redefine how Vietnamese students approach international education. What sets them apart isn't just their service—it's their story. The founders themselves are abroad students and researchers from around the globe, bringing firsthand experience and relatability that traditional education consultants simply cannot match.

Their focus extends far beyond university placements to encompass self-development, community activities, and inspiration through real stories of transformation. This authentic foundation made MiYork inherently different, but translating that difference into market success proved challenging.

The Challenge

Despite having a compelling vision and unique value propositions, MiYork faced critical obstacles that many passionate startups encounter:

Lack of Direction became their primary struggle. While they knew they offered something special, presenting their unique value effectively in Vietnam's crowded education consultation market seemed impossible. We developed clear positioning that connected MiYork's unique selling propositions directly with their target audience: Vietnamese youngsters and teenagers eager to make a difference and improve the world. The messaging strategy focused on relatable content, weaving together success stories from past students with inspirational narratives that felt authentic rather than manufactured.

Develop Layout for UX and Marketing Optimization

The website layout was designed specifically to appeal to younger audiences while optimizing user experience. We ensured the platform could serve multiple purposes: content distribution for storytelling, search engine optimization for visibility, and webinar capabilities for community building.
